It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Brooks Walker of Quinton, Virginia, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer C. Walker; her parents, Raymond Brooks and Lorraine Brooks; her siblings, Donna Deede and Dwight Brooks; her daughters, Kimberly Bartle and Lorri Buckman (Brian); her grandchildren, William Bartle (Christy), Matthew Bartle and Ashby Talley (Richard); her great grandchild Brent; and her sister Connie Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
