He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Amy Moore; and his great grandchild Haley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Ricky Moore (Theresa), Theresa Lester (Ronnie) and Diane Doctor (Dawn); his grandchildren, Eric Moore, Ryan Moore, Jamie Lester, Daniel Marano, Ashlee Sjogren and Karis Marano; and his great grandchildren, Rachel, Katelyn, Alyssa, Addison Moore, Hayden and Lucy Lester. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
