She is survived by: her mother Barbara Ness of Smethport, PA; her husband Terrance Winn of Quinton, VA; her siblings, Jo Ann Tanner (David) of Turtlepoint, PA, Lois Kinney (Joseph) of Radcliff, KY, Daniel Ness of Smethport, PA and Stephen Ness (Tiffany) of Smethport, PA; and her nieces and nephews, Tony, Nathan, Katherine, Sarah, Nichole, Samantha and Stephen.
