He was predeceased by: his parents, James Calvin and Minnie Marie Francisco; and his wife Shirley Fisher Francisco. He is survived by: his children, James C. Francisco, III (Jay) of Quinton, Virginia and Alice Ann; his son-in-law Edmund Ruffin of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his granddaughter Dare Marie Ruffin of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his sister Carolyn Francisco Bishop of Corpus Christi, Texas; his sister-in-law Mary Fisher Bryant of Quinton, Virginia; his close friend Nancy Duncanson of Blackstone, Virginia; and his family, Pat Beauman, Karen Schureman, Mindy Brooke, Paul Robinson, Jr., Will Wallace and Jayson Hubbard. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
