He was predeceased by: his significant other Peggy Agee. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey L. Agee (Mike); his granddaughter Sarah B. Slosjarik (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Sidney Linn and Baylen Rose Slosjarik.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
