He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Carlyle Kuester, Sr. (Pappa Freddie) of Richmond, VA and Mona; his grandmother Ellen Kuester of Trinidad; and his sister Marie Collins (Charles Collins). He is survived by: his wife Alice Kuester; his children, Stephen Louis Kuester (Jeslyn), Eva Kuester Hogge (Shawne) and Matthew Frederick Kuester (Julianna); his grandchildren, Neal, Jacob, Audrey and Addie; and his brother Theodore Kuester (Robin). He is also survived by many loving aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews.
