He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Milton Linka, Sr. and Eva Martinek Linka; and his siblings, Paul Jr., Joseph, Ruth, Milton, Henry, Bennie, Mildred Marie, Jane, John (Helen) and Louis (Lucille). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
