It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willisy Tull (Quinby, Virginia), born in Hallwood, Virginia, who passed away on July 18, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel H. Evans and Delcenia Bailey Evans; her son Clifford Miles; and her sister Dorothy Marie Evans. She is survived by: her sister Hilda Downing of Birdsnest, VA; and her grandsons, Benjamin Raphael Miles (Billie Jean) of Onley, VA and Clifford Neil Miles (Andua) of Keller, VA. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
