Tilghman of Bloxom, VA and Vicky Bagwell (Sean) of Bloxom; and his brothers, Waymon Bell (Mary Jennings) of Belle Haven, VA and Stuart P. Bell (Jo Ann) of Wachapreague, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
