He was predeceased by: his parents, William Powell Parks and Zella Hall Wheatley Parks. He is survived by: his children, John C. Parks (Herimida) of Quinby, Billy Charles Parks of Quinby and Leslie Ames Parks of South Carolina; and his brother Chip Parks of Crisfield, MD. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
