He is survived by: his wife Althea Mills of Quinby, VA; his children, Hazel VonHollen of Hampton, VA, Bobbi Jo, Jessica, Thomas, Ariel, Nicholas VonHollen (Robin) of Exmore, VA, Beverly Patterson (Brian) of Virginia Beach, VA, Julie Mills (Thomas) of Quinby, VA, Joshua W. Mills of Quinby, VA and Louise Wessels (Todd) of Hampton, VA; and his siblings, James Buchannan Mills of California and Mary Louise Mills of Wall Township. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
