He was predeceased by: his parents, Tye Cobb Lytton and Pauline Virginia Will Lytton; and his sister Pat Lytton Sims. He is survived by: his wife Lita Grey Zehring Lytton; his daughters, Amy Ruth Cornwell (Joe), Gina Lytton Kimberlain, Lisa Lytton Shugaar (Antony) and Kara Lytton (Rick); his grandchildren, Zach Cornwell, Tessa Quade, Heather Kimberlain, Timothy Kimberlain, Tyler Kimberlain, Arlie Shugaar and Tara Tenney; and his siblings, Edna Gail Lively (James), Joyce Elizabeth Stephenson (Gary), Mary Jane Lytton Pierce, Robin Bruce Lytton (Sveta), John Michael Lytton and Kimberly Byrd Lytton. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, 25 nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews.
