She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stroop and Pearl Southerly Stroop; and her husband Richard David Lloyd. She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Fulcher (David) of Mt. Jackson; her brothers, Tommy Stroop (Jan) of Timberville and Bobby Stroop (Penny) of Oxford, NJ; and her granddaughter Holly Fansler (C. B.) of Mt Jackson.
