With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mickey Nelson Thompson of Quicksburg, Virginia, born in Edinburg, Virginia, who passed away on April 28, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thompson and Jean Artz Thompson; and his sister Linda Reid. He is survived by: his wife Judith Elaine Williams Thompson; his daughter Mickie D. Duncan (Travis) of Mt. Jackson; his siblings, Allen Thompson (Claire), Neil Thompson, Sharon Wilkerson (Ray) and Polly Ann Miller (Tommy); and his granddaughters, Hannah and Avery Duncan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
