He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lynn Burke; his former wife Evelyn Burke; his children, Judy Wilder, Melanie Turpin (Richard), Carol Miller (Sonny), Kim Nicholson (Ronald) and James Burke II (Jennifer); his siblings, Abraham Burke, Eddie Burke, Mabel Burke, Corrine Eastham, Sheila Henry and Janet Gillespie; his grandchildren, Ronald "Lee" Nicholson II, Matthew Nicholson, Stephen Bailey, Jodi Campbell, Denver Luttrell, Dakota Luttrell, James W. Burke III, Landon Burke, Benjamin Turpin, McKayla Turpin and Jeremy Woodall; and his great grandchildren, Rosie Bailey, Laurel Campbell, Tripp Turpin, Bailey Turpin, Grady Turpin, Maverick Woodall and Marrick Woodall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
