He was predeceased by: his parent Fulton Fields; and his brother J. B. Fields. He is survived by: his wife Judy L. Weatherholtz Fields; his son James Alfred Fields (Jim) of Broadway; and his siblings, Truman Fields of Berea, KY and Eliza Hawk of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
