It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Zirkle (Quicksburg, Virginia), born in Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on April 2, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Braxton Biller and Lula Tusing Biller; and her brothers, Elwood Biller, Cecil Biller, Melvin Biller and Charles Biller.

She is survived by: her brother Bobby Biller of Mt. Jackson.
