She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Greene and Evelyn Greene; her brothers, Eugene Greene (Shirley) and Melvin Greene; and her son Paul David Foster.
She is survived by: her husband John Dodge; her son Kenny; her daughter-in-law Teresa Foster; her daughter Dawn Foster; her daughter-in-law Mary Enos; her sister-in-law Martha Greene; her grandchildren, Nicholas (Carmen Haslam), Michael Murphy, Madison Haslam and Caroline Foster; and her great grandchildren, Wesley and Norah Haslam. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Shelvey's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
