We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2021, at the age of 86, Mary Craven of Quantico, Virginia, born in Winston Salem, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Craven to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Swan and Willis Festus Hargrove; her sister Edith Kelly; and her son-in-law Jim Roach. She is survived by: her husband Ben Craven of Greensboro; her daughters, Mary Ben Roach (Ken Elliott) of Greensboro, Lynne Redfearn (Robbie) of Chesterfield, VA and Ann Downing (D. Lon) of Wilmington, NC.; her sister Emily Johnson (Phil) of Raleigh, NC; and her grandchildren, Sarah Roach Masters, Will Roach, Julia Roach, Melissa Redfearn Haynes, Ellyn Redfearn McKissick, Drew Redfearn, Craven Downing Wells and Katherine Downing.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be sent to West Market Street United Methodist Church, Pastors discretionary fund or AuthoraCare Collective of Greensboro, NC.
