She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E Nutter and Nellie M. Nutter (Myers); her husband Carl Stephen Withrow, Jr.; and her siblings, William Nutter, MaryJane Cunningham, Rebecca Parker of Charleston W. Va, Thomas W. Nutter of Nitro W. Va, Clarence E and Delphia Rhodes of Vienna Va.
She is survived by: her children, Mark R Withrow (Janice), Scott A Withrow (Jennifer) and Janet L Underwood; and her sister Annette LeMasters of Elkview. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
