It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Yvonne Singhas Lickey (Purcellville, Virginia), born in Charles Town, West Virginia, who passed away on August 12, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James; her parent Clarence; and her brother Phil. She is survived by: her sister Marie Hough of Charles Town; her son Michael Lickey; her daughter-in-law Deborah Lickey; her daughter Susan Shugars; her son-in-law Pat Shugars; and her grandchildren, Kendra Shugars, Morgan Shugars, Jacob, Danielle and Hannah Lickey.
