He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Horace Cockerill, Sr. and Anne Floyd Cockerill; his wife Joanne Cockerill; his sister Anne Kendig (Barbara Cockerill) of Richmond; and his stepchildren, Sean Skinner (Cassie), Wesley Skinner (Vanessa), Jessica Karkutt (Jason) and Alex Skinner (Jessica). He was also cherished by 8 beautiful grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
