He was predeceased by: his parents, Rozzell Davis, Sr. and Elsie Lickey Davis; his sister Norma Grimsley; and his brother-in-law Robert Welch. He is survived by: his sons, William E. Davis, Jr. (Maritza) of Waldorf Md and Randall Davis (Randy); his siblings, Jean Welch of Leesburg, VA, Rozzell Davis, Jr. (Bonnie), Gerald Davis (Peggy) and Robert Davis (Bobby) of Purcellville; his granddaughter Kylah Davis; and his great grandchild Carson Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
