He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Trudy Fields; his mother Virginia Fields; his children, Brian Green, Noel, Jessica Green, Greg and Aimee Fields; his grandchildren, Grayson Fields, Esme Fields, Breanna Green, Adam Green, Jacob Green, Ryan Green, Riley Green, Dylan Green, Shawna Acosta, JJ Acosta, Isaiah Acosta, Shiane Miller and Aiden Bohince; his pit bull Harley; his father George W. Fields; and his brother George W. Fields Jr.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Thomas Fields to either: St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
