It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonia Finnelle (Purcellville, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Shipe and Beth Shipe; and her husband Willie. She is survived by: her children, Terry McCauley (Eric), Dawn Zearley (Pete), Carol Dove (Brian) and Billy Finnelle (Karen). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
