She was predeceased by: her parents, Gibson Parks Vance, Jr. and Muriel Kenly Vance; her brother Gibson Parks Vance, III; and her husband Lee Daniel Miller. She is survived by: her former husband William T. Boyd; her children, Kathryn C. Deschler (Sebastian) and Andrew V. Boyd (Robyn); her grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah, Harold and Alexandra; and her sister Katherine V. Clark.
