She is survived by: her children, Randy Mills (Connie) of Hillsboro, Virginia and Wendi Mills Simmons (David) of White Post, Virginia; her granddaughter Kassidy Mills of Charles Town, WV; and her siblings, Dorothy Titus of Leesburg, VA and Earl Potts of Orlando, FL.
