She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lynn McCarty, William Kenneth McCarty, Jr. (Bobbie Greene McCarty), Stacey Lynn McKenzie (James Williams McKenzie) and Amy McCarty French (Carter Malin French); and her grandchildren, Kenny, Kelly, Kris, Evan, Ashley, Kendall, Amber and Ben. She is also survived by many beautiful great-grandchildren.

I cherish those fond memories when we talked for hours over coffee. Our friendship continued after my graduation. I will miss her love for life and her beautiful laughter. May she and her beautiful family be blessed with eternal love and peace.”
