He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Spisak and Andrew Spisak. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Spisak; his children, John Joseph Spisak III (Linda) and Cesilie Ann Bellone (T. J.); and his grandchildren, John Christopher, Benjamin, Cassidy, Aiden and Taegan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
