He is survived by: his wives, Louise Goddard and Harriett Louise Thomson; his son Ryan Thomson; his daughter-in-law Melania; his granddaughters, Arya Inez and Hadley Elise; his daughter-in-law Robyn Thomson; his granddaughters, Aynsley Grace and Brynnly Elizabeth; his sister Dorothy Whitler of Toluca; his nieces, Cynthia Arndt (Ken) and Valerie Peterson (Bob); his nephew Brad Whitler; his brother-in-law Roger Goddard (Fran); and his nephew Grant Goddard.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Homer's name to Blue Ridge Hospice, American Parkinson Disease Association, or to the Charles Thomson historical home, Harriton House, 500 Harriton Rd., Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, 19010.
