He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Thomas Frye; and his sister Mary Ellen Lloyd. He is survived by: his brother Ellwood Thomas of Purcellville; and his children, Nancy J. Thomas of Leesburg and Gene Thomas II of Round Hill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
