He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frederick MacKenzie and Millicent Welby West; and his siblings, Bruce F. MacKenzie and Gail Rodgers. He is survived by: his brother Ross A. MacKenzie of Marshall, VA; and his close friend Lulu. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
