He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas A. Duggan. He is survived by: his parent Margaret "Mimi" Meyer; his spouse Betty Ann Karpman Duggan; his children, Elizabeth Torres of Miami, Dan, Jr. of Sarasota, FL and Tom Duggan of Purcellville, VA.; his grandchildren, Anthony Ammons, Stephanie Ammons, Julianna Torres, Bobby Ray Torres and Quinn Duggan of Purcellville, VA; and his great grandchild Lando Mojita.
