She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosco D. Pace and Ella Jefferson Pace; and her nephew Gary Rinehart. She is survived by: her children, Kyle C. Habel of Silver Spring, MD and Courtenay A. Habel of Onancock, VA; her grandchildren, Jerome Habel, Robert Palmer III (Desiree), Melissa Palmer and Jada Palmer; her great grandchildren, Maniyah Scott, Jayden Habel, Robert Palmer IV, Elijah Palmer, Jerimich Palmer, Nevaeh Palmer and Skyler Howard; her sister-in-law Mary Rinehart (John); and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Nelson (Kim) and Diedre Rinehart. She is also survived by four great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
