She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil T. Stephenson and Clara M. Stephenson; her children, Jimmy "Robert" Kelley, Jr., Greg N. Kelley, Sr. and Kathy A. Harmon; and her siblings, C. T., Vera, Ruth, Catherine, Irene, Loraine and Inez.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff and Jeffrey S. Kelley (Rita); her grandchildren, Candy, Anita, Meagan, Bobby and Gregory of Pungoteague, VA; and her daughter-in-law Paulette I. Kelley of Pungoteague. She is also survived by two step-granddaughters; two step-grandsons; five great-grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
