He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Denise Ratcliffe. He is survived by: his father Donald Foster Ratcliffe; his siblings, Jason Surratt and Kayla Ratcliffe; and his grandparents, David and Becky Hicks. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and several other relatives and special friends.
