He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kegley and Avery Sherwood King Kegley. He is survived by: his sister Ann Kao; his stepson Timothy Finn; his father-in-law Rev. Archie Flinchum; his son Walter Duane Kegley, Jr.; his wife Connie Jean Kegley; his daughter Tammy Kegley; his stepdaughters, Melissa Finn and Sharon Timberlake; and his siblings, Judy Kegley, Ralph Kegley (Brenda), Betty Sue Mitchell (Robert) and Radford.
