The memory of Virginia Ann Stoots of Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Grizzle Kiser and Ormond B. Kiser; her husband Arthur Lee Stoots, Sr.; and her siblings, Woodrow Grizzle, Lonas Kiser, Calvin Kiser, Vermond Kiser, Maggie Skeens, Hettie Grizzle, Myrtle Stoots and Juanita Lawson.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Lee Stoots, Jr. (Judy) of Pulaski, Jeffrey Wayne Stoots (Sharon Stoots) of Pulaski and Melissa Stoots Roope (Wade) of Pulaski; her grandchildren, Arthur Lee Stoots, III (Cindy), Stephen Brooks Stoots (Amanda), Jordan David Stoots Roope and Victoria Lynn Roope; and her friends, Phyllis Wiley and Faith Stephens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Family Worship Center (955 Memorial Dr, Pulaski, VA 24301). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (42 1st St NW, Pulaski, VA 24301).
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Family Worship Center, Pulaski.
