She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Harrell and Mackie May Black Harrell; her husband Grant Ralph Bailey; and her siblings, Polly Henson, Beulah Vinson, Doris Shull, Coleen Barley, Ruby Burch and Ray Harrell.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Bailey (Sherry Weaver) of Pulaski, VA, Roanoke and Grant Bailey, Jr. (Fredia); and her grandchildren, Todd, Crystal, Wendy, Tosha and Zach. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces.
