He is survived by: his fiancée Wanda Ratcliffe-Pulaski; his children, Amy Kemp (Jennifer Peters-Kemp), Joshua Brown, Brandon Brown, Bethany and Sunshine Ratcliffe-Pulaski; his grandchildren, Star, Zain Semones and Schye Brown; and his siblings, Robert Kemp, Mildred Dunford (Bob), Pulaski and Ella Riddle.
