She is survived by: her father Pierce Edwin Adams; her siblings, Charlotte Adams, Phylis Adams, Linda Adams (Penny), Wanda Ferguson (Faye), Kenneth Adams and Roger Adams; her sons, Justin Hatmaker (Tasha), Joshua McGrady (Cara) and Andrew Hatmaker (Josey); her grandchildren, Austin, Devin, Derick, Summer Gail and Morgan Hatmaker; her fiancé Terry Umberger; her siblings, Barbra Joan Ulrich, Donna Frederico (Joe) and Leonard Adams (Pete); her brother-in-law Elmer Mottesheard; and her caregiver Darlene Jones. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
