It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Perry Franklin White of Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Whitman White and Fannie Juanita Phillips White; and his brothers, Donald, Jerry and Jimmy White.

He is survived by: his wife Melba Faye White; his children, Vicky Lynn White, H. Dwain Thornsberry, Dublin and Keith Franklin White (Karen); his grandchildren, Mara Ward (Jared), Luke Collins and Elly White; and his brother Eddie White (Patty).
