She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Patrick O'Brien and Cleo Webb-O'Brien; her husband Donald Lee Perfin of Bluefield; her grandson Michael Lee Epperson of Gary; her sister Doris Jean O'Brien-Martin of Bluefield, Virginia; her aunt Mamie O'Brien-Cooper of Anawalt; and her nephew Patrick Kyle Martin of Indiana.
She is survived by: her children, Daria Neal (Robert) of Pulaski, Virginia, Regina Perfin of Bluefield and Frank "Rick" Perfin of Monroe; her granddaughter Sara Perfin of Bluefield; her siblings, Lacy Patrick O'Brien II (Judith "Judy), Glade Springs and John Thomas O'Brien (Beverly) of Gary; her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Vance (Kenneth "Mickey") of Bluefield, Virginia, Lacy Patrick III of Beckley, Kim O'Brien-Clifton (Jarrell), Kelly Rae O'Brien-French (Kevin) of Bedford, Virginia and Shane O'Brien (Stephanie) of Beckley; her great-niece Meagan Vance-Stroud (Justin) of Bluefield; her nephew Seth O'Brien; her nephew-in-law Justin Stroud; and her friends, Andrei Rudic of Blossburg, Chris Santoro of Davidson and Scotty Riggins of Princeton.
