She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Richard Hagerman and Willie Mae Wimmer Hagerman; her husband Rev. Cecil Thurman Mullins, Sr.; her daughters, Rita Darlene Boyd and Sherry Lynn Kidd; her grandson Josh Tilley; and her siblings, William Harold Hagerman and Laura Elizabeth Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, Cecil T. Mullins, Jr. (Cindy), Pulaski and Eric Rae Mullins (Allison); her great great grandchildren, Alden Willis Hagerman, John Hagerman (Brenda) and Salem; and her sisters, Helen Green, Juanita Green, Esther Farris (Clarence), Salem, Lillian Sink (Daniel), Melissa Garst (Shawn) and Roanoke.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel (1631 Bob White Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roselawn Cemetery (450 Courthouse Rd, Princeton, WV 24740).
