In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Millard Leo leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Millard Leo may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy Helen Simpkins; his wife Rebecca L. Simpkins; his son Michael Simpkins; and his stepson Michael D. Clarkson. He is survived by: his children, Dean Simpkins (Angela) and Brenda Hughes (Henry David); and his grandchildren, Andrea, Lilly, Joshua, James and Cory. He is also survived by Seven great granddaughters as well as a host of nieces and nephews also survive with other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:55 PM at the Norris Funeral Services - Pulaski Chapel (815 Randolph Ave, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
