She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee Richards, Jr. and Kathleen Anne Bogardus Richards; and her sister Angela Richards. She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Nicole Taylor Morris (Michael Kesling), Pulaski, Cynthia Lee Taylor and Kathleen Akers (Adam Bugg); her close friend William Howe Taylor (Pulaski); her grandchildren, Bayleigh Hatmaker, Blake Morris, Adalyn Shaye Bugg, Eli Kesling and Kallee Kesling; and her siblings, Steven Mark Richards (Rural Retreat), Matthew Scott Richards (Ashley), Christiansburg, Michael Charles Richards (Max Meadows) and Kristin Renee Richards (Max Meadows).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel (1631 Bob White Blvd, Pulaski, VA 24301). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be sent to the funeral home toward final expenses.
