He is survived by: his parents, Maynard Franklin DeFriece (Georgia) and Margaret Eileen Phillips (Maryland); and his sisters, Regina DeFriece (Maryland) and Sherri DeFriece (Georgia). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
