She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Baxter; her son Shane Cowley (NJ); her granddaughters, Shana Porter and Brittany Wilson; her great grandchildren, Kinzey Bishop and Arian Porter; her siblings, Cindy Stuart (Travis), Pulaski, Brenda Stike (Gary), Dublin, Kara Meadows, Radford, Kevin Meadows (Kevin Shackelford), Charlottesville, Bruce Meadows (Anita), Christiansburg and Steve Meadows (Kim); and her pet Lucky.
