He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Vipperman and Wilda Vipperman; his parents-in-law, Tom and Florence McCraw; his wife Brenda Seagle Vipperman; his children, Joseph Vipperman (Jenny), Laura Arritt (Josh) and Jenny Mitchell (Kirk); his stepsons, Alan Seagle (Missy) and Christopher Seagle (Katie); his grandchildren, Noah, Lila Vipperman, Cora, Benjamin, William Arritt, Cody Seagle (Haley), Brooke Seagle (Dustin Adams), Erica Seagle and Carter Seagle; his great grandchildren, Laken and Haven Seagle; his siblings, Eleanor Stovall, Janet Clark, Janie Lankford (Jimmy), JoAnn (William), Donnie Vipperman and Buddy Vipperman (Edie); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Quesenberry (David), Wanda McCraw and Rick McCraw (Marlene). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
