He is survived by: his pet Max; his children, Cynthia "Cindy" (Juan), Melissa and Calvin (Maryann); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Mario, Juan Carlos Jr., Krystal, Eli, Kyrie and Matthew Jacob; and his close friend William Wall. He is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins.
